Lease end- new lease
My lease was ending and I wanted to get a higher trim package- I am a long time customer if the dealership but the previous salesman was not available. The dealership referred me to an experienced truck guy- he didn't have the right deal for me but called me as soon as he did. I went in- bought the truck and drove home two hours later.

horrible service
My husband and i purchased a 2006 Ford expedition on march 1st from sioux city ford. We are now 3 1/2 monthd later and have put about 2,000 into it for repairs plus ended up stranded in texas on vacation with our 3 yr old triplets, 1 yr old and 11 yr old because the timing chain broke. Sioux city ford even worked on the vehicle and knew about the sound coming from the timing chain. I have spoken to the office manager, service manager and owner Rob Brooks who have all told me there is nothing they can do since it was bought as is. I understand that it was as is but having to spend 14,000 ( the cost of two vehicles and repairs) is over the line of ridiculous. I think at the very least people need to be informed of what a rip off Sioux city ford is. Melony Tremaine

Not a place for the elderly
My 82 year old mother took her car into this dealer to find out why her check engine light had come on. She had called ahead to set up a time to bring it in. What she didn't know that she was going to be sitting in the waiting room for 3 to 4 hours. This car is maintained regularly by another Ford dealer so there should not have been anything that major. They told her that they had to keep the car overnight because it couldn't be finished.....the mechanic who needed to do the work had already gone for the day. When she went to pick up her car they informed her that she needed to replace the transmission. $700+ later she has her car but wasn't told what they were going to do to it.

Excellent buying experience
I contacted the dealer ahead of time. David was my salesman. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Provided me with a lot of information prior to my visit. Once I arrived, the vehicle ('14 Expedition) was running and waiting for me to drive. Their price was value all by itself, but add to it the quality of sales expertise and this dealer IMO would be very hard to beat. This was the 5th dealer I worked with in 2 weeks, and from the moment I sat down with them I knew they would work to earn my business. Definitely recommend them!!!
