Bought my 2024 Ford Escape at Emerling Ford, Springville, NY . My salesperson was Scott Heiler. I had many questions and Scott is well informed about the dealership and all aspects of the vehicle I selected. When I picked up my new Escape, I felt confident of the many great properties of my vehicle. I am not "tech" savvy and Scott was so helpful acquainting with the new functions of this Ford Escape. As always my experience at Emerling Ford was a fantastic one. The people at this dealership really understand that the customer is the most important thing. I would highly recommend them. Bob Young is a dedicated member of this staff and I have dealt with him for years he is not the kind of person that forgets who you are once the sale is completed. It would be a mistake for anyone not to give Emerling a visit if you are looking for a vehicle.
