Drove out to see a 40th anniversary 2021 Nissan maxima
Drove out to see a 40th anniversary 2021 Nissan maxima found out it was in 3 accidents all in the rear end. went to look at it and immediately I noticed the hood was missing-aligned gaps were off on both taillights paint on the truck lid needed to be buffed. And when I got to the quarter panel it had a bunch of bubbles. For $22000 I immediately said sorry and walked away. Oh also as he pullled it up said the warning light was on and he would fix that. I wasted 4 hours in a car. The guy should have at least filled up my tank for that horrible car I was expecting a sharp car considering I have a 2016 platinum model of the same car. The guy acted like this was something special. It’s the same car with different interior and 40th anniversary tags I am not stupid! Be careful with this company! They are just trying to sell you xxxx.

Unethical dealership.
Unethical dealership. They do not stand by their word. Sold me a lemon, no tread on my tires the first thing I inquired about because I had just purchase new tires for my old car that I sold. I was given a loaner only to be told the tags had expired, so I had been driving around with expired plates. The car I purchased was 3 years old, with low mileage. The engine light came on, the tires were bald, the starter needed to be replaced and the oil changed all within weeks of purchase. This is a very shady dealership. The generic response to reviews “please contact us to discuss” is a joke. Take responsibility and you reach out to the customers that’s keeping you in business. Michigan is a large state and people do not have to buy vehicles from you. Be ethical in your business dealings so you don’t lose business and eventually your dealership.

I had a good experience with Randy but they damaged my
I had a good experience with Randy but they damaged my tire sensor and now I can't see my tire pressures. Scott is saying the only way to correct the problem that was caused after I purchased 4 new tires is to pay an additional $100 to replace the sensor battery. Turns out the same thing happened to someone else that I know. Something isn't right about this dealerships service department. Sounds like a scam to me.
