Great service and friendly staff

I got an appointment the morning I called. I brought the car in at noon and it only took about 15 minutes. Really good service.

Super Service by our Sales Consultant

They called me a liar and treated like an idiot.

I wish I could live negative review! I brought nice black corvette and asked them to change a head unit, change oil. The job was done fine except one thing: they left several scratches on dashboard and front left side of the car !!! I asked them if there was any resolution of the damage they made. They !SOLD! me their detailing service for another $80 stating that everything would go away. And yes, partially it did, but their scratches ARE there!!! So, they claimed they didn't check the status initially, maybe I did all the damage and trying to blame them. In addition, they suggested going to some body shop. So, the bottom line is they called me a liar and treated like an idiot. Is this a joke??? Is there any place I can file a complaint?

Brittani Dana answers all our question. She was very kind and offer us water to drink while we waited. Excellent customer service.

Spot On

My saleswoman was hands on without being pushy and high pressure sales - I loved that. I had to visit the service dept recently for a recall and the service guys were very professional and expeditious.

Quick Lane oil change and tire rotation. GREAT!!!

Brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The quick lane folks were courteous, fast and efficient. Was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Clean and quick

Great to work with

I went in for an oil change and posed the qustion to one of the question to Jeff Irish, "how much would you give me for my truck". after some negotiation, we can to a good number and picked the perfect car. we love it and proud to have another Chevy.
