Lahti's Jeep

I did my homework before even stepping into Lahti's to look at a Jeep Wrangler. (probably the same thing you are doing) I knew about the model I wanted, as well as all the options available. I also read numerous reviews on the dealership like the ones found here. I knew ballpark of what I should be paying, as well as a range value of what my trade was worth. Without revealing my numbers, they hit the trade right in the middle and was a little lower on what I thought I should pay for the Wrangler. After securing a great finance rate, and going over the minimal fee's they charge, I was wrapping up the sale by the end of my visit. Throughout the entire process I dealt with Dianne Lozeau. First by email, answering all of my questions, then on the day of my purchase, and lastly on the following day when I came to pick it up where she took the time to show me each and every button/feature of my new ride. It is true like others say in their reviews, it is really a pleasant experience and I too highly recommend Lahti's Jeep.

Hard to describe a car-buying experience that could be better than mine, having just purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Lahti's. From the first drop-in to the final visit to pick up the Jeep, I was more than happy with the reception I received and the stellar customer service. Brian was up-front, clear, persistent in finding me a vehicle I wanted, and was consistently professional. I always felt welcome, and I never felt pressured. It felt like Brian was sincerely interested in getting me the vehicle I wanted, and he made the entire process feel like a team effort--and he was on my side. Not once did I feel like I was getting the run-around, being stalled, redirected toward a vehicle I didn't want, or patronized. Brian patiently kept looking for the vehicle I described, keeping in touch regularly to let me know he was still working on it. Finally it came across his desk and today I drove it off the lot. I purchased a used Saab from Lahti's Jeep and the experience was as painless as possible. I live approximately 300 miles away and they shipped all the documents to me second day. I would use them for another long distance purchase without hesitation.

Great Experience! I was not planning to buy a car but was forced to when my car was totaled - the result of another driver who fell asleep at the wheel. (Most importantly, no one was injured) I was now faced with having a car payment - my car had been paid off a year and a half ago. Usually when you set out to buy a car it is a planned and exciting prospect. This was unplanned and the result of an unfortunate event. My husband and I went to a dealership and test drove three used cars and were supposed to go back the next night but I had seen a Jeep Cherokee commercial and liked the way it looked. We went online to the Dealerrater website to research dealerships and saw that Lahti's Jeep in Leominster, MA had an excellent rating. We abandoned the idea of a used car and didn't go back to the other dealership. My husband called Lahti's Jeep the next day and spoke to the General Manager, Jason Fournier. He had a great conversation with him and liked him very much. My husband made an appointment for us for that night and told him we wanted to deal with him directly. He was happy to accommodate us. We test drove a Cherokee and I loved It! Jason was so great to work with. He gave us a little history of the dealership and made our unplanned car buying experience the best it could have been. He was very thorough in explaining the benefits of having a Jeep and all of the different options available. He took the time to get to know us so that he could make recommendations based on what made sense for us. It turns out they didn't have the color I wanted and Jason explained that they could find the car in the color and with the options we wanted. Within no time he had located and acquired the car. Jason also respected the fact that we had busy schedules and arranged for everything to be done in one visit rather than requiring us to make several trips to the dealership. While we were there we met a sales rep named Brian who was able to answer questions about features and options. A couple of times I had to call with a question and Brian has been fabulous as well, eager and willing to help in any way he can. Jason has followed up with me since I picked up my car 2 weeks ago just to check how I am enjoying my Cherokee. The dealership has a reputation of being a family owned and oriented business. We feel like we are part of the family. We have been treated very well and have every confidence that we will continue to be treated that way. I can't recommend Lahti's Jeep highly enough. They are professional, warm, caring and very respectful. Jason and Brian are two of the nicest people and I know I can count on them to do right by us. As a General Manager, Jason sets high standards for selling a quality product. He also sets the tone for what he expects from his employees so that customers have the best car buying experience. The relationship he establishes with customers ensures that the positive experience continues beyond the day you walk out with the keys. A big thanks to Dealerrater for leading us to Lahti's Jeep!

Overall pleasant experience. I am giving this dealership such a high rating due to their customer service and friendliness of Fed Perla. He was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. I had no issues what so ever. Would highly recommend anyone seeking a Jeep to stop and see Fred, he will give you the "italian discount!"
