    I've never thought that buying a car can be an awesome experience. Most dealership now changed the way they do business compared a decade ago. Although... there are some dealership who still practice the old style of pressuring there customers to buy a car from them. You have to meet all of them, they refer them to you as their manager, offer you another car or anything that will keep you in their lot. With most people who now search the internet before going out to buy a car, this old trick no longer works. My experienced with LAHTI's Jeep is excellent. Transaction is very smooth and prompt from start to finish. Brian Long is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and he will go the extra mile to please his customers. We bought a 2013 Honda Civic Si the cheapest price we found on the internet. The car was cleaned and polished when we came and ready for the test drive. When we came home after 43 miles drive, we noticed that one of the fog light is hanging out. We contact Brian and he answer right away and promise us to bring the car back for them to fix. Overall the experience is phenomenal. I will highly recommend Lahti's Jeep in Leominster.

    1/8/2020 The car I wanted to look at wasnt at dealer the morning I went to see it, an employees son was using the car as a loaner. Drove another Cherokee,... fell in love with the model and signed papers on the one being used as a loaner. Signed papers around 5PM, London a manager comes over to verify Diannes paperwork and says “someone else is coming to look at the car”. There’s no need to lie and make someone uncomfortable while they were signing papers physically purchasing the vehicle. That’s unacceptable. Got the car home next day, got harassed by Diane L asking to write a review for them 3 times by text and email. January 27th Glad I held off, less than 3 weeks of having the car it was making such a loud squealing noise I could hear it from inside my home, call them immediately and was told there were no openings. After 5-10 call backs fighting with Ron and Jaime I got an appointment for the car to be looked at. When asking for a loaner Diane L actually asked me why I needed a loaner. Well I live in Clinton, and am not walking home from Leominster, on the highway. How would I have gotten to work? 1/30/2020 3 days the car is at Lathis supposedly being worked on, I had to call and then found out they sold me a car with a faulty water pump. No update was given to me when the problem was found. 2/1/2020 Another few days goes by without hearing from anyone, I call again. Find out the Water Pump house adapter needs to be replaced too. My cars been there a week now, I call and speak to Jason Fournier the manager. After voicing my concerns, he claims “this happens all the time”. And says “my family has plenty of money, were not here to take yours”. Also tells me “oh your car was actually ready yesterday, we forgot to call you”. You shouldn’t be that entitled when you can’t even run a business. Over $1,000 worth of work put into the car and a few days later- 2/6/2020 car starts making same noise. Dropped off immediately, was told by Ron service manager that a belt was replaced last time, which I was never told. Now the tensioner/tension rod and pulley systems are being replaced too. Car they gave me as a loaner while mine was “being fixed” had a crack in the windshield. Seems everything on their lot is faulty/falling apart. London, Diane L, Ron and Jason gave me the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I truly wish I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere.

We try our very best to leave room in our servi...ce department for emergencies for our customers and have a loaner immediately available, but in some cases, it takes some time to coordinate. We are not perfect, that's for sure. It is never our intention to sell a vehicle that has a problem, but it is our intention to provide prompt attention when it does happen. Yes, the repair was complicated and ultimately expensive for us, but it was our responsibility since the vehicle was only driven for three weeks and 624 miles before it broke down.     Let me start by saying, I was not your typical car buyer. After doing my homework, I was looking for a particular trim, color and options. So, of course... my car was not on the lot. But Jason and his team tirelessly looked around for my "perfect" Cherokee. From the beginning of my journey into buying a new vehicle, Jason was always accessible and informative. He let me know what he was seeing and was straightforward with me on availability and cost. Communication was excellent. Ron, dug deep into the available vehicles and called place after place to find what I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with this group. To me, a new car is huge investment and can be intimidating. Jason made the whole experience non-stressful and very easy. Consider me a happy customer!     I have been through my share of new car purchases and have to say that this was the best. Dianne was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also very... personable. She was upfront about the costs and willing to work with me to find an agreeable price. The whole purchase was quick, painless, at least for me, and seemed slick and efficient. All with a lovely atmosphere. I would heartily recommend Lahti's in general and Dianne in particular for a pleasant, stress-free car shopping experience. I will definitely be purchasing my next Jeep here.

    I did my homework before even stepping into Lahti's to look at a Jeep Wrangler. (probably the same thing you are doing) I knew about the model I wanted,... as well as all the options available. I also read numerous reviews on the dealership like the ones found here. I knew ballpark of what I should be paying, as well as a range value of what my trade was worth. Without revealing my numbers, they hit the trade right in the middle and was a little lower on what I thought I should pay for the Wrangler. After securing a great finance rate, and going over the minimal fee's they charge, I was wrapping up the sale by the end of my visit. Throughout the entire process I dealt with Dianne Lozeau. First by email, answering all of my questions, then on the day of my purchase, and lastly on the following day when I came to pick it up where she took the time to show me each and every button/feature of my new ride. It is true like others say in their reviews, it is really a pleasant experience and I too highly recommend Lahti's Jeep.

    Hard to describe a car-buying experience that could be better than mine, having just purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Lahti's. From the first drop-in... to the final visit to pick up the Jeep, I was more than happy with the reception I received and the stellar customer service. Brian was up-front, clear, persistent in finding me a vehicle I wanted, and was consistently professional. I always felt welcome, and I never felt pressured. It felt like Brian was sincerely interested in getting me the vehicle I wanted, and he made the entire process feel like a team effort--and he was on my side. Not once did I feel like I was getting the run-around, being stalled, redirected toward a vehicle I didn't want, or patronized. Brian patiently kept looking for the vehicle I described, keeping in touch regularly to let me know he was still working on it. Finally it came across his desk and today I drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend Lahti's to anyone looking to make a purchase. Couldn't be happier. Thank you, Brian and Lahti's!
