Professional, attentive and awesome Would highly recommend! Everyone was amazing and fixed my issues with my jeep no problem. The atmosphere was great and she made it easy to check in and out and understand what was going on. She went above and beyond!

Professional, friendly, helpful. However I wasn't given all the diagnostic info and fee information for the day when I asked. Some kind of miscommunication there I think. The price quotes for the work I need done are untouchable...so expensive.

My service was done promptly and the waiting room was pleasant. The person at the desk relayed all relevant information to me when it was complete.

I was disappointed with the recall but after speaking to Lahti's they Answered every question, got us in within days. They also changed the oil and replaced battery in my key fob. Was very pleased with Lahti's and the great service they provide.
