Hines Park Revue

2014 Ford Escape. Have been buying at Hines Park Ford for longer than they have been HPF. Keep coming back because of excellant service and mainly because of friendly and helpful salesman, Matt Monendo.

Joe is the most efficient, helpful individual in a service department I have ever been aquainted with. He is the most valuable asset your dealership has! Facility was under renovation, not applicable question right now.

Great Dealership

We love Hines Park Ford and will keep coming back. Even while construction was going on with the building, we had excellent service.

3dr time - same repair!!

2013 Edge, 3 dr time in for the same problem!,serves-man Joe found a TSB- I was told it was fixed! That day the door sign came on two time more, I had to check "all doors closing them again" to stop the dinging!! Then the next day same thing ( now its Sunday! ) I had to go through all of the programs on the steering wheel, to say that the door was ok!.....I think this door sensors are not right as to their Too sensitive for this car, and need more working on!!.....

Timely service

Dropped the Focus off at 7:30 AM. Did not have an appointment and was informed that it may take longer than one day to diagnose and complete the routine service requested. I was fine with that. Later that same day, the repairs and service items had been completed and I could pick up the vehicle. Job well done and another satisfied customer can be added to your list. Regards, John Owsinek

Great service

Brought my 2011 Ford Fusion in for a recall problem. Service manager Joe promised me my car back in 1/2 hr. If I came in early with NO appointment. I arrived ar 7:30 am. Waited in line to be written up. Car was taken by 8:00 am and I was finished and exited service area by 8:30 am. What more could I ask for. Competitor dealer said I need to make an appointment, & nothing was available for 10 days. I would have to leave my car for the day or they would not be able to take care of me. What a difference. It paid for me to drive an extra 20 minutes & have the service taken care of. No hemming or hawing.

A Recall Made Easy

Easy night drop off for recall work. Notified of completion in a very timely matter. Friendly staff member at cashier office made pick a breeze.
