After having visited several car dealership, I was impressed by the number of cars displayed in the Hines Park showroom. I did not see this at any other dealership. My son and I were greeted by several people upon entering the dealership. Again, this was not what we had previously experienced. Our salesman, Constantine, made spending money fun, great personality. I really felt like he was working for me and not the dealership even though I knew better. I’m extremely happy with the car that I purchased. Now I just wish I can figure out the navigation system.

Had a great experience working with Shawn, our salesman. He found and acquired the car we wanted. Was a pleasure doing business with him.

I am a new customer to Hines Park Ford. I expressed my disappointment with the new owners of Tom Holzer Ford (where I’ve purchased over 20 vehicles) and was hoping to find a new dealer. I was sent home with my new Edge (it was a courtesy car with 500 miles). The car was not clean and had less gas than my trade-in, which were minor irritants, but I was sent home with a different vehicles set of keys as my spare set. That’s simply sloppy work and made my first impression negative. We were also told to call back if we didn’t receive paperwork in the mail to set up payments. We haven’t, we have left a message (last week), but still no response. My negative first impression has been confirmed.

Hines Park Ford is a great dealership and Shawn is the best salesman in the place! Thank you for the great service and we will be back when our lease is up!

Hinds Park Ford is an excellent dealership I have bought my last several vehicles with Jamie Blair’s help. Everyone in the service department is so friendly easy to deal with.

The paperwork was handled and ready for me to sign when I came to pick up my new Explorer. My salesman was excellent and explained all the tech and advised me of the tech classes so I could utilize all of the things my Explorer offers.
