Going to be a repeat customer

Jeff was a great salesman, my wife and i have leased 7 Chrysler vehicles now from 3 different dealers and working with Jeff was by far the best experience. He gave us a great deal and made it convenient for us and was not pushy like i have experienced from other dealers. We live an hour away and went there with 2 toddlers and it was still convenient lol. I highly recommend him cause i know we will be back....

Leasing New Vehicle

Gracie was so very easy to work with. We did most or our communications via email so when I leased a new car it was painless and quick. In and out of dealership in a matter of minutes. Gracie is very responsive and honest...great experience.

Couldn't be happier with purchase experience.

Nick worked with me to find the exact Ram I was looking for right down to the color. Whole experience was great with no high pressure or twisted words. Right up front with costs and no high pressure for extras when signing papers.

Wes is a great sale person and an overall great guy!

Wes always works his hardest to get you into the vehicle you want and he works to get it to you at the price you can afford. If the vehicle is on the lot, great. If it happens to be 50 miles away, he'll trade to get it for you. I've know Wes for a LONG time and he is a great person and a hard-worker.

Great Experience

By far the easiest purchase of a vehicle ever. Chris did a great job narrowing down our options and was very patient as we test drove 3 or 4 different vehicles. We would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new car.

Excellent service of warranty covered repairs.

After two horrid experiences at Pinckney Chrysler in dealing with the lifetime warranty plan I was about to put the truck up for sale in leave the Ram brand. Jesse - from Brighton service department - took the time to listen to my concerns about past service, understand the issues was having with my truck and had a solution for every problem with a smile. He also brought to light recalls and other things that needed to be addressed with a vehicle that were covered under warranty. He completely renewed my faith in the Chrysler brand and I'm proud to say I have a service department I can count on. The mechanic was also on his game as I had a phone call from Jesse with a diagnosis just a few hours after leaving. The entire process was smooth and painless, not what you would typically expect when taking your truck in for service, and I'm thankful for it.
