This is the second purchase my family has made with Brighton Chrysler this year. We drive from Bloomfield Hills to Brighton because David Wade and the team at Brighton Chrysler have been exceptional. We highly recommend this dealer for trade ins, and new vehicle purchases. Five stars!

Easiest Automobile Transaction Ever!
I walked in with a very skeptical point of view, but then I met Gracie Tracey. She was absolutely wonderful to work with!!! She was professional, understanding, and personable. Man of the hour
I was driving through the parking lot of Brighton Chrysler one day and was approached by Jeff Johnston. He provided me with a business card and I ensured him I would be back based on the initial interaction. I never got multiple phone calls or emails saying “hey are you ready yet!?” Or “come on in”. It was all on my time. I got back in touch with Jeff and he was more than accommodating to me and my needs for a new lease. Jeff went above and beyond and took his work with him on a family vacation to make sure he did what he needed to do to exceed my expectations. I was more than impressed with the timeliness and responses from Jeff. If you are looking for a vehicle and a non-hassling sales representative, Jeff is your guy without a doubt!

Horrible experience
I called the day a vehicle was posted and set an appointment for the next day they were open since the vehicle was out for a demo and wasn't on the lot. I was told a hold was put on it for my appointment. I received a text 4 hours before my appointment telling me it had been sold. They had no explanation besides the fact they cannot do anything about it since its sold.

We have no record of this customer, Abby Heiler, calling our dealership. This customer contacted us via an internet inquiry through Carfax the morning of November 21st and did not provide a phone number. She was immediately informed, via the email address she provided, that the 2014 Jeep Cherokee in her inquiry was sold and was asked if she would like information on anything else in our inventory. She did not respond. We cannot "hold" vehicles for an appointment, only if a significant deposit is given with a commitment to purchase. Ms. Heiler was contacted again this morning via email for further details in order to clarify this situation but has not responded.

Great experience. Sales rep David Wade was awesome. Usually it takes about 5 hours to pick a car, financing, and then paperwork. We were out in 3 hours and that included test driving.

Best vehicle buying experience ever
Skulley in the used dealership area was friendly, patient and with talking to him I could tell that Brighton Chrysler cares about their customers. They make sure every vehicle they sell is in good running condition. I will come back next time I need a vehicle and recommend to others.
