Just picked up my 3rd Mercedes from Mark Lazkowski at this dealer and it was an awesome experience. Actually, it was even better than the car I picked up from them 3 years ago - this time there was a huge red bow on the car hood with a sign in the window stating it belonged to me - my name. Fast, smooth, easy transaction and Alan who helped show me all the systems and features in the car was awesome. I even had him help me on the phone to program my garage door opener.

I purchased a 2022 SL55 last year and a 2023 450 E class this month. My experience with my salesman was easy and professional. He helped me thru the ordering process and kept me informed of the estimated delivery date as it grew near. After delivery he followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The sales manager noted my questions about my SL and called MB on my behalf. He later called me with the answers to these questions for which I was quite impressed. I had a horrendous experience with the dealership, bought a GLS 450 and was told it was a V8 only to find out later it was a V6 engine. I went to CPO car because they were adding 5000 Over MSRP on an AMG GLC 43 I wanted to buy. They said it was because there is shortage on cars and they can. Be very careful and verify all the information they provide to you. I also bought a GLE 350 which in the MBUSA.com showed as Certified Pre-Owned and after the fact when I tried to get the CPO paperwork they told me this car was NOT certified. I am upset beyond words and this marks the end of any future relationship with this dealer.
