Great salesman, poor refund.

A very good experience
Service writer was polite, efficient, respectful. No upselling pressure at 7:00 am, and I am so grateful you are open that early on a Saturday! Technician was respectful of my car - he was careful putting the car on to and off of the lift thus avoiding underbody dents/dings, and he did not scratch the clear coat on my wheels when rotating tires
