This is my second Jeep purchase in two years and I always feel comfortable dealing with Tom Caforio and Darin Colangelo. The personal one-on-one connection that Tom gives to his customers is outstanding. He always remembers my name, as well as personal information about me, making me feel like he is really listening when I speak. Thanks Tom and Darin for another wonderful experience!

From Long Island to deal with Cortland Jeep
From the moment I stepped out of my car in the Cortland Chysler Jeep lot, Mason Padron made me feel like we working together to find my new car. I knew while walking from my car and into the dealership for the first time, I would be returning from Long Island to make the purchase as we had to locate my 2015 Cherokee Limited. I also had the pleasure of working with Darin of the finance department whos expertise only complimented the work that Mason had already done. The service manager was kind enough to go over a few tips on maintenance and pop on the new wheel locks right on the spot. Hats off to a great team. Excellent customer serivce
After finding another dealer unsatisfactory in customer service, I went to Cortland Chrysler although it's a bit out of my way, and am I glad I did. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable staff, and friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere, The whole package. Their prices were extremely reasonable. And I love my Chrysler 200 Touring!

2015 Sahara Jeep Wrangler
This is my 5th Jeep Wrangler that I have purchased from Cortland Chrysler. Tom Caforio was my salesman for all of them. He is awesome, he once again helped me choose the "best" color for my new jeep! Everyone at Chrysler is friendly and so helpful. I would definitely recommend Chrysler and tell them to ask for TOM!

Another Great experience

suprise
traded wrangler unlimited for a more comfortable grand Cherokee. deal went well as expected. after few days of ownership of grand Cherokee noticed tire cracking all 4 tires. a few more days felt the vehicle just was not right as far as handling, ride quality. doing 65 mph on freeway going over some rough spots the vehicle was hopping in the rear causing me to white knuckle the steering for control. well I was convinced that wasn't normal for the grand Cherokee. when I got home I got under the vehicle and noticed both rear shocks were wet/leaking fluid. shocks no good wouldn't you say? dealership ordered 2 rear shocks. I discussed issue with mgmt. and was assured they would do something for me and the vehicle should have been inspected better. well, as the new shocks were being installed, mgmt. told me the old shocks were leaking but were not broke??? (I'm still figuring that out). they said they would take care of labor and I the parts, tax-($206.)(geeze thanks, after spending $25k) now I learn that the grand Cherokee, according to a carfax report had been in a FRONT IMPACT accident/ damage. would never know it by the looks of the vehicle, however if/ when I trade it, trade values will be hurt big time. if I had seen or been told of prior damage I would have not purchased. (geeze thanks, dealership must have been aware of prior damaged vehicle). ADVISE--ASK FOR CARFAX AND A FULL INSPECTION, keep up the good work corland Chrysler. nuf said

rpopa4, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with us. Thanks for coming in and meeting with Dennis about your problem. The shocks appeared to be leaking slightly. You asked for help on the situation. We value our customers so we offered to pay a portion. We thought you were very happy with this solution. If you were not then please let someone know and we could have rectified the situation. Shocks are allowed to leak and we can sell a vehicle and it will still pass New York state inspection and road worthiness. Pre-owned vehicles are not perfect. We did not have any notations of leaky shocks prior to delivery of the vehicle. Once we verified they leaked, we are under absolutely 0 obligation to fix them unless actually "BROKEN" according to New York Sate Law. We obviously care about our customers and understand your frustration so we offered to help out as you asked. I apologize if you do not think this is fair and you can call me to discuss the situation further. My number is 315-380-5202 and you can call me anytime. We are a proud owner and partner of the carfax program and under no circumstances do we want any customers to be misled. We plaster it all over our website for all of our customers to view the carfaxes of every car we have in stock. Many vehicles have been in accidents and repaired properly. We want everyone to feel comfortable during the purchase. Next time just ask for it up front and you will receive it. If no one asked, its a possibility that no one thought about it. Especially considering how nice of shape the vehicle was in, as you said yourself. If there was major damage we wouldn't even offer the vehicle for sale. A very satisfying experience!
We had a great time, from the minute we arrived until we went home! We received a friendly greeting when we arrived, and our salesperson, Josh Jones was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
