Excellent

I recently bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza from Dave Graves and am extremely pleased. I bought my last Subaru at Patrick Motors and though the car was great the dealership was terrible so I was very wary this time around. Dave was knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. I am a Subaru "lifer" and will definitely be returning to North End and Dave Graves.

This place is the best!

Called my sales rep, David Graves because I had an issue with one of my lights. I had bought my 2011 Subaru from him a few months earlier and he was just the nicest guy. The GM Marty Babineau not only offered to pay for the service but also offered to have it done at a local Subaru shop near me since I live about an hour away from them. Another Manager, Jesse Manning, made a few phone calls and my light was fixed 2 days later. I'm shocked at the response and never expected the royal treatment but that is what I got. Big round of applause for these guys. They run a great business! They have my business for life! Thank you ..thank you!

Great service

Every time I go for service at north end I receive nothing but the bets service they are very thorough and take the time to accommodate any need I ask for such as substitute transportation or working with my budget

I'm pleased

I received a phone call from Subaru saying I had a brake recall so I called them and they had a opening that day one hour later the recall had been done I was surprised how quick and effortless that was

Everyone at north end was very friendly. Our sales person was frank he was very professional and very friendly, very informative .he told us everything we needed to know and more

Excellent Experience Purchasing Our Mazda CX5

We were very happy purchasing our Mazda CX-5 at North End with Michael Babineau. Because of Michael we ended up purchasing the CX-5 from North End instead of another dealership that I had been in contact with. Michael responding promptly to my emails and calls and was very clear in all our interactions. The other salesman at the other dealership told me on several occasions that he would ?call me right back? and never did, plus he was very difficult to reach via email and phone. When we arrived to pick up our new car, it was clean and warm, and ready to go.

Coming to north end Subaru made y day for my fiance and I. We had a great sales man Frank Lajoie bring us the best of our money ti the best of it use. Great quality service, great customer service. The Best Place to go

Frank Lajoie is amazing. This is our second car we have purchased this year with Frank. I sat down told him what i needed and he looked on his inventory and found exactly what i needed. I love my outback!! Frank is the man to see there is no playing around or gimmicks he gets you what you need. Everyone was great and so friendly. I am the fourth person in my family to purchase from here. Its a family affair:)
