Sales dept went above and beyond when I got the car, but

Sales dept went above and beyond when I got the car, but when the car had to be towed back into the dealership 11 days after I bought it bc it broke down and wouldn't start the service department never once called to tell me that they had looked at it, knew what was wrong with it and had ordered a part until I called to get an update 3 days later, when I went to pick it up the sent me out to the parking lot to look for after they said you're all set and tried to hand me someone else's keys. The gentleman that gave me the keys for the loaner car & that I talked to on the phone when I had to call them for an update was short, and rude and didn't seem like he cared much to tell me what was going on and when I told him no one had contacted me he tried to tell me he had talked to someone about my car twice already that week, and when I told him it wasn't me he didn't seem concerned.
