Sorry wrong scott I meet scott combs

Fair Prices and Great Customer Service

It’s important to know if a vehicle fits the needs of the family and the Dick Scott provided the resources to make that decision. I sent out an inquiry Sunday night and received a phone call promptly Monday morning making test drive arrangements. My toddler and I drove up from Ann Arbor to test drive a jeep. Rick was waiting for me when we arrived to the dealership. He was welcoming and made efforts to help me install my car seat in the Jeep . He readily answered all my questions about the vehicle. I was given the necessary privacy to inspect the Jeep. The sales assistants readily offered my toddler coloring books, snacks, and distractions to help me so I could focus on paperwork and my decision. The price was more than fair. I bought it and i am very happy. They also portered my old car back to Ann Arbor. I’m grateful for such a positive experience.

Fast friendly service

Sales People

I was very impressed with how the different sales people worked together. Our salesman was busy and another salesman came over to answer our questions while Bob finished talking to another customer.

no pressure salesman

Answered all of my questions and we were knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Explained all of the options and controls on my new vehicle in detail.

Fast, friendly and efficient

This was my very first purchase through anything different than GM or Ford. I wasn't expecting the outcome to be as good as it was.

Some good, some bad

Two service guys are great. Older lady in office is super. All others I've met just seem miserable.....and that includes the "boss types". Also, dirty waiting room (which is the size of a walk-in closet) and collision office is filthy.

They were not truthful to me when they said they cancelled t

They were not honest with me. That includes Mr. Scott. They said the cancelled the warranty and they did not, I had to. Other things have happened that I am not happy about.
