My wife's GLS 550 wouldn't start and Sherry Hopkins and Tom, the service manager, worked with me to help get the car towed there and repair plus provide a loaner vehicle with no notice. Service department found and repaired other issues to prevent a future problem. They are superstars!

Exceeded Expectations

Rapid Response & Excellent Results
On November 17, our GLE350’s MercedesMeConnect app displayed an alert signaling the battery starter status was critical. We called Mercedes-Benz of Rochester (MI) within an hour of its closing time. A technician was at our house within 20 minutes, ran diagnostics and performed a quick charge. We ran the vehicle about 20 minutes. A month later, I can confidently say: “Outstanding Performance” … by Mercedes-Benz for their app design, and especially by the Mercedes-Benz of Rochester Service Department team that far beyond our expectation.

Bringing in my 2022 S Class for Service A was simple and easy. The experience was great. I was greeted upon arrival, told them I needed the car back by 3:00pm and it was ready at Noon.

First Service
No Scheduling issues. Service performed timely without follow-up problems. Vehicle returned washed and clean, although the Technician forgot to take out the Plastic covers on Steering Wheel and Seat.
