This is definitely The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt

This is definitely The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with the salesman promised he would get me a gift card as a courtesy because I least my Cadillac from him When I left, the showroom only gave me one key called him back and asked him to please mail me the second key, which he told me he would do but never did total lie I had to go back to the Dealership to pick it up there were many many reasons I would never go back to that dealership because they lied to me many Times if you are really interested in my experience there have somebody call me again worst dealership in the world probably never going to get another Cadillac

My transmission started having issues and they told me I

My transmission started having issues and they told me I could bring my car in that day, Chris was able to get my car serviced that day and set me up with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. They were able to fix my car (which needed a decent amount of parts replaced) in less than a week right before the holiday. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Crestview service was very qualitied, quickly solved 2 problems in new Lyriq perfectly. Staff was super accommodating and anticipated everything including have rental warmed up. Work was complete perfectly before deadline. WONDERFUL, communication was excellent - Crestview EXCEEDED my Cadillac service expectations.
