Was told by salesman at time of purchase that the Lyriq
Was told by salesman at time of purchase that the Lyriq had a HUD and just needed a software update to get it working. After bringing it in to the service department for the update, was told the car did not have it. Brought this up to sales department asking what we could do about it and after being promised a reply I’ve heard nothing. Unless I can get an adequate resolution I will not give this dealership any future business. The Lyriq was my 3 Cadillac I’ve purchased.

Vehicle in for second repair of rear pinion seal leak.
Vehicle in for second repair of rear pinion seal leak. Dealership tried to tell me the front differential needed replacement and that it was leaking, but couldn't show me the leak when it was on the joist. Took two weeks to replace the problem I originally brought it in for.

4 weeks ago I had bought a Lyriq from the Novi
4 weeks ago I had bought a Lyriq from the Novi dealership. Since I’ve had it, there has been a handful of issues. The Novi dealership however wouldn’t even look at it for 3 weeks, nor could they give me a loaner car. Would never recommend the Novi dealership for purchase or service. I then called Crestview and spoke to Ron and Chris, they are a credit to the dealership. They took it in next day and gave me a loaner lyriq. All issues were fixed under warranty and have restored my faith in Cadillac. They provided a luxury level of service you expect when purchasing an expensive vehicle. Really clear and transparent communication throughout the process and even charged my car before I picked it up. Great experience overall and hopefully I can enjoy the vehicle. Would highly recommend going this dealership.
