I only go when I know Bill Mclrean is there as he is an asset to your service center after making an appt with a gal she ended up calling me back and asking me what the wrong with the car. Excuse me that’s why Ian making an appointment there is al light on my dash saying I have a problem. I had to read her the item in the book. She doesn’t belong in service I have been a customer with Steve and Bill for years I trust them with my life.
