I didn’t know until I was after the mileage limit that Subaru had a problem with foresters burning oil. I told service department at least three times,... prior to the mileage limit, and they never told me about it. Now they know that they learn about it, after the mileage limit they say they can’t do anything. That’s wrong.
Greetings worth visiting for. Walking into Goldstein Subaru (through the automatic front door, too), I was welcomed pleasantly, immediately and with friendly... faces that helped right away. Not the usual dealership entry experience—great! The showroom is large, bright, and well organized, not only with one of every Subaru model, but space to move and look around, too. Parking, entry, sales, service, and inventory. CHECK. Happy and warm welcome? Double check. Goldstein is worth a visit in this area, anytime! Highly recommended.

This place is as good as it gets, Larry Dudley, my sales guy, went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I was hoping to drive. No small feat when... working within a budget. Also went above and beyond to track down a second key about a month after the sale. 5 stars for Goldstein

Dont go to Goldstein. They like to play games with their prices. Had a car listed at 10.9k and decided to switch it up on me after test driving it and... bumped the price up 2k after they had to "put new parts in it" What they had it listed for originally when i test drove it should be the price honored. The sales lady knew my price limit. But they would not honor it. Would not budge. This is after I've been waiting days to see if another buyer was going to take it, wasting my time. Told me it was now available and by the way its 2k more. (mind you its listed at 11.9 online) manager acted like i was getting a deal. Quite the run around. Not family oriented. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Only money. On a 10 year old car.
Christina, We are very sorry about your experience. When you looked at the vehicle it had just been traded in and we listed an advertised price of $ 1...0,900. You did not buy the car on that visit. After you left another customer came in to buy the vehicle and wanted body and mechanical work completed so it was added to the price of the vehicle. That customer approved that price with the additional requests they had. Several days later you came back in and put a second deposit on the vehicle because we were waiting on financing for the first customer. Unfortunately it did not get approved. We did not play games with the pricing and we are sorry you feel that way. We try to put every deal that walks into our showroom together. Some are just more complicated than others.
In for warrantee service When they checked my wheel for brakes they left my calipers loose. Very dangerous. Staff in service dept sarcastic I had... to go to my mechanic to tighten the calipers
