I went in for an appointment due to some sort of electrical related problem that made the engine light, brake and other dashboard lights come on. The dealership is about a 1 1/2 hour ride from my home. They were going to analyze the problem, give me a loaner, and I’d have to come back the next day. My service advisor worked with me and took a lot of initiative to enable the work to be done that same day, because I had a distant high school graduation for my granddaughter I had to leave for the next day. I really appreciate the initiative and proactive help and support my service adviser Tim provided.

Goldstein Subaru has been the best dealership I've ever seen, I'm 72 and always dreaded buying a car until this time, from buying the car with Joe being the best salesperson in history to bringing my car in for oil changes the customer service is outstanding, Tyler Tarbox is the best service writer and I feel he listens to my concerns and answers all my questions no matter how silly, plus I love my new Subaru so that's a plus. Don't waste time going anyplace else.
