I had my car towed there after I got two flat tires. I was surprised that they would not offer me a rental car stating that I’m not a regular customer even thought I’ve been a loyal Subaru owner for over 10 years. I usually go to a different local Subaru dealership where I bought my car and have always gotten a rental as well as quick, reasonably priced service. It took almost a full 24 hours to get two tires replaced and cost me $525 which feels excessive. They also made my fill out an overnight envelope rather than helping me at the desk even though I arrived there 25 minutes before they closed. All in all, I was a bit disappointed by this experience, but I am usually a Five Star Subaru customer and have been much more pleased with their service department.

I’ve been with Goldstein Subaru for many years. I have found them to be fair, trustworthy, courteous and knowledgeable. For the most part, they appear to put their customers first and make them feel heard. what more can you ask for, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I really like this dealership the mechanics are excellent. Unfortunately, they were unable to find the source of the water coming into my car. We all thought it was the rubber lining on the doors, but that was not the case.
