Great service - I was treated as a friend

I like that you give an estimate for the time that the service will take and that you come and get me when everything is done (rather than page me over an intercom that can't be heard well like some other car dealers).

Good service, Great People.

Service was good. all completed on time. I had Fluids (PS/Trans) replaced and cruise control repaired. Vehicle was not washed as stated when I picked it up. I expected it would be washed.

Good service, clean facility, convenient hours

The problem was not resolved the first day the car was brought in but the ticket was left open and they were accommodating with a loaner car and making sure that it was fixed over the next two business days.

Great services, employees clean and responsive

Very professional,good prices and they staff worked very hard to make me feel like I was the only customer they had. I heard from my people in the waiting room that they don't go any where but Gollings for oil changes and repairs.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE VARY PROFESSIONAL

The service department here at GOLLING BUICK GMC is TOP NOTCH! Everyone was vary apologetic regarding my last visit for an oil change and were optimistic on improvement. Casandra again proved her worth to the Golling organization and was right on top of all details,the loaner Buick was clean with a full tank of gas and served me well for the two days of usage. It was returned just as I recieved it, a full tank of gas and a deluxe car wash! Casandra, John, Basil, Brian the service manager, all the mechanics, THANK YOU!!! DIMITRIE TOTH.......PS: bring back the POPCORN,everyone I talked to enjoys it!.....See you all soon.....

Excellent service, nice facility, helpful people

Chuck Eubanks was extremely helpful!! Everything went smooth, all the paper work was ready when we arrived, nice to come in, get things done, then go enjoy our new vehicle.

Great customer service

I'm due to turn in my lease. My salesperson is no longer there and the service technician walked me into the showroom and introduced me to a saleman who was extremely helpful. Great customer service!

Great Service Dept.

My Regal was in for warranty work. As always Jon took care of all the details for this work before my appointment. The work was done in the time-frame he told me and was very well done. Jon is such a credit to the Service Dept. He knows me when I call and is a great person to work with. He and Dave Johnson are the main reasons I have been a long-time customer and will remain so-they spoil me for working with any other Dealership!!!!!!
