I had a problem with my car battery.

I had a problem with my car battery. I went to start my car and the battery was dead. Road service came out and jumped it. My battery was only a year old. I wanted to get my battery checked out so this wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with Brandon at Szott Ford in Holly, he told me to come right in and he would put it to a test and see if the battery is bad. No hesitation, he understood my concern. He was so professional, understanding and caring. He totally went above and beyond. As a side note; I called another dealer closer to my home to help me out with my battery. I was told that I could come in and have it checked out. The earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks out. I was hurt and disappointed that they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me out. Thank you Brandon from Szott Ford in Holly. You cared!

My daughter purchased a used vehicle 10/17/25.

My daughter purchased a used vehicle 10/17/25. Drove it 2. & half days. Took it in to have scheduled work ( to be done for the sale of the vehicle) 10/20/25 they kept it overnight. Drove the vehicle 10/22. Check engine light came on. Took the vehicle in Thursday 10/23/25. She was told to bring it right in. They have not checked the vehicle as of 4pm Friday 10/24/25. She called to inquire. Received a call back that she’ll have to wait until Monday 10/27/25. Hasn’t had the car a full week… unacceptable. This service department leaves much to be desired.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. The vehicle is a Jeep and is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. For that reason, it has been taken to our Jeep dealership to complete the necessary warranty repairs. This information has been communicated directly to the vehicle’s owner, your daughter. It’s possible there may have been a bit of a communication mix-up between parent and child. We had the BEST experience at Szott Ford buying our 2025 F250! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Eric, our salesperson, was amazing. He truly went above and beyond. Searching high and low to find the exact truck we wanted. He kept us updated the entire time, answered all our questions, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he really cares about helping people find what’s right for them. Huge shoutout to Anthony, the sales manager, who truly went to bat for us. He worked hard behind the scenes to get the price exactly where we needed it and made sure we didn’t leave until we were completely happy. You could tell he genuinely cared and wanted the best for us. Nick in finance made everything simple and stress-free, which we really appreciated. We also got to meet Ethan, a porter training to become a sales associate, and he was so friendly. It just shows what kind of team they have there. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and down to earth. We’re beyond excited about our new truck and so thankful to the Szott Ford crew for making it such a great experience!
