We were in the market for a used car, we stopped up to...

We were in the market for a used car, we stopped up to Vic Canever to take a look and we were greeted by Mike. He was very friendly and we discussed a trade in and the vehicle we were looking at getting. It was late so we came back the next day. We came in and from the beginning he was extremely friendly, honest and helpful. He fought to get us the best deal not only for our trade but for the car we were purchasing. The purchase was easy and we actually had a good time conversing with Mike during the waiting periods. We bought the car and after we left my husband and I couldn't stop talking about the amazing experience we had. We will be recommending Mike to anyone who asks and when we need a car in the future we will definitely be asking for him! Thank you so much!

Great service department

We were on our way to Florida, but snow had impacted our tires. The service department cleared the snow away quickly and got us on our way. Everyone was kind and courteous! A 10 all the way.

Great Service, personal touch!

Love Vic Canever! Service lane is always quick and easy. They know me and remember me unlike other dealerships I have been to! Love the personal touch! keep up the good work

great dealership

everything that I had wrong with my car was fix i would stand behind vac canever dealership for years to come I always been treated like they care about you and your car and i use to work in dearlerships for years keep it going chris let the tech know the new updated struts work the car rattle is gone

Great Service and Awesome Sales People

I am extremely happy with our purchase and with Galen Haynes our Sales Person. I was very eager to purchase a new car and trade in my old one. Galen made sure that what I picked was exactly what I wanted and not something that I am going to regret down the line. He was more patient that I was, But I am happy that he did that for I love my new Equinox.

Service top notch

For having just an oil change and 21 point inspection for car it took well over an hour and a half. Even with the long wait, I found the work to be above average and the staff was very apologetic. I will continue to bring my car to Vic Canever for service.

Total engine replacement due to recall problem

My only suggestion for improvement would be that the service department call you daily with an update when your car is in for service and they are backed up.

Service that turned out to be warrenty

It took a bit to get the part from GM but otherwise I couldn't be happier about the way I was treated from Chris Snavely
