Gave me an okay deal, little flexibility on sales price.

Gave me an okay deal, little flexibility on sales price. Would not price match extended warranty with another ford dealer for a third of the price. Originally no spare key but salesman Ryan was able to procure one for me at no cost. Unable to get floor mats for me. Waited for nearly 2 hours as their “system was down” on pick up day. Overall easy experience however.

Everyone worked as a team and put my needs first.

Everyone worked as a team and put my needs first. I felt very comfortable through the whole process of purchasing a vehicle and getting exactly what wanted. Keegan and his tesm are awesome!!

Sales rep Russ was one of the only people at this

Sales rep Russ was one of the only people at this dealership that went out of his way to take care of a past customer. He responded immediately and was very professional. He wasn’t even the one who sold me a vehicle in the past but treated me like I just purchased one. Be sure to not trust the finance manager there. He sold me a warranty “ bump to bumper” which apparently doesn’t exist and said he was “hooking” me up. I trusted his word and come to find out, he hooked up his pockets instead of the customer. Now I am paying for something that should have been covered with the “bumper to bumper”. Dealing with him recently was like trying to get 20 bucks from a crack head. Nothing but excuses from him and did not take the situation serious. Delacy Ford should hold standards and customers over big head finance mangers who don’t care what they say to get a deal signed. He should be held accountable for the repair costs I am now responsible for even after spending 4k on a warranty. Shame on him.

We recently purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick at Delacy Ford. Sal Khan was an AMAZING salesperson! We explained what we were looking for, what our budget was, and he went out of his way to make the deal happen for us. Honestly, you don't find that type of customer service out there as much anymore. My husband is very happy with his new truck! Thank you Sal!
