Warranty work and tire rotation

The work was great on my warranty work, but after they rotated my tires and my TPS rest they never adjusted the tire psi so the back tires are 20 pounds to low

This dealership does false advertising they use trickery...

This dealership does false advertising they use trickery and they lie to you and then they expect you to buy the car at the inflated prices.

1trzsaz8535 - We responded to your more detailed review with the following: We apologize for any confusion. we have not had a Ram 1500 offer like that since before Covid. We honestly don't know where that came from or how you found it. We have run into old offers on people's cell phones before that were a result of an old page being cached on the cell phone browser due to the web browser not refreshing the web pages. Sometimes it pulls up the last page you were looking at even if it's outdated. So again we apologize. If if was anything close to something we could accept now we would, but it's too far away from where we are right now. Thanks for your comments.

I called this dealership about an ad they had on their...

I called this dealership about an ad they had on their website. I called and got a answering machine and left my phone number. l was called back.by a lady named Monica (+1 (716) 486-3161) I told her That I seen a ad For a dodge ram 1500 for $279 a month with $1500.00 Down. She informed me that they had three of them in stock one white one black and one silver one and she said they were getting in a couple more white ones in the next couple days. I told her I was interested and that as soon as my wife came home I would be down there to purchase one. I asked her if I should ask for her and she said see the managers at the front desk “there’s three of them” I got to the front desk and seen a manager and I told him about the deal I came for and he led me to sit down with the sales person and work out the deal. The salesman came back with the figures and I asked him why there’s figures I came in for a set price deal he told me there was no such deal. Where did you get that from and I told them from Transitowne Dodge webpage on that day and he informed me that there was no such ad and I told him I would show him and I proceeded to pull up the webpage and the ad was gone. He said see I told you and I said why I took a picture of it and I showed it to him and he told me it must’ve been an outdated add and I proceeded to tell him that I was called by a girl named Monica and he told me the girl named Monica does not work there she works in Chicago and the number on the ad wasn’t even their number and I called the number right in front of them and it called the dealership so he was lying.And then he told me that they had some kind a system that it would connect them to somebody in Chicago and I stated to him when she answered the phone she said it was Elma NY not Chicago. To make a long story short they put an ad out there and took it down and then they had some sales person falsely call me and then lied about her calling me. Fortunately for me I taped everything and all I get out of the whole deal is the manager said he’s going to reprimand the sales associate or whoever this Monica is from Chicago. This dealership does false advertising they use trickery and they lie to you and then they expect you to buy the car at the inflated prices.

My experience at Transitown Dodge Service Departme

Had a oil change appointment was right on time and did not have to wait very friendly and the service great I would recommend this place to my friends and family never had a problem

Truck door gasket repair

All went well but service Parking lot so full no place to park and with cars coming in and out of service bayS so fast it was a bit scary. My dad almost got hit.
