Poor.
I brought car in for an oil change. They said 45 minutes when I called. Then when I arrived they said 90 minutes. I asked at 90 minutes for a status and was told they were just bringing in. I would have been dropped off if they would have said 2 Hours.

Oil Change
I thought 1 1/2 hours for an oil change is a lot. I hope this was a one time event and won?t happen next time I go.
