Stopped in this morning to get the works package done, was in and out in under an hour, very quick and convenient with friendly attentive staff

At first the quote that was given to me was very over the top, but the parts person wanted to keep my business., and gave me discount. He also sold me on the rebates.

went to the dealer for the works oil change etc. come to find out i was overdue for a nys inspection. they did the inspection right away. no problem.

I bought my 2008 Ford Focus at this dealership. They have always been pleasant and, when I needed service, have been good about repairs and trying to keep the prices low. I just took in my car for 2 areas of question and Jose' noted that I had had one of the procedures done and didn't need to do it again. They got my calipers fixed on the front tires done quickly and efficiently. The people at this dealership are very nice. They are not just out to get your money. I would recommend this dealership to others.

From my new car buying experience to the many times I've been there for Service with both my old and new car, I have had nothing but good experiences at Basil Ford. In a time when customer service seems to be waning, it is such a pleasure to have great experiences that are memorable.

I stopped in at Basil Ford around 10 am to look at a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. Was greeted right away and talked to Mike Worthington and Josh Tojek. Took the Escape for a test drive and then started negotiating a deal. It was interesting going back and forth with James Valint and Josh Tojek. We got around to making a deal and within about 4 hours I was driving my 2015 Ford Escape Titanium home. Very pleased with everything about this experience and highly recommend Basil Ford. I will be dealing with with them again for any future car needs. They really do have "Just Great Deals" !

Came in today for my annual inspection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While I was there stopped by to say hi to my friends who helped me purchased my vehicle.
