Great service and communication. Helped decide between a few vehicles and gave options on pricing. Smooth transition from old lease to new. Will do same in a few years.

Prompt and friendly service.

Prompt and friendly service. Service Manager, Jerry explained everything they did to the car and when the car would need service again. He is very personable. Also the guy that sold me the car came over and talked with me. Nice waiting area with snacks.

The service technician was helpful and responsive to my

The service technician was helpful and responsive to my situation -- the part needed for repair had to be shipped overnight (after the mechanic figured out that the part was not available when I came in for my appointment). The service technician apologized (I had waited over an hour in the waiting room) and asked if I could come back the next morning. I did and my repair was completed quickly.

The customer service at Fox Ford Mazda is always great! Kevin and Mitch were very friendly, they quickly got me checked in for multiple services, and my vehicle was completed within responsible time. Additionally, Alejandro got me checked out quickly and continued with the great customer service.
