This is my second vehicle that I have bought from Schlossmann's. Great service, clean environment, friendly staff, and informative on my new purchase. I'll be back again when it's time to upgrade for another new car.

Everyone there was very helpful and made our decision to buy very easy. Martha was gracious and really took her time to answer the questions we had and offer service to us without being pushy.

As a customer of Schlossmann's Subaru City,we are willing to travel over 100 miles (one way) to return to this dearlership. The foremost reason being the extraordinary customer service. Secondly, the dealership,itself, is the cleanest one we have been in nationwide. We have always been treated as if we were visiting a high end establishment. Every action of every employee points to an extreme regard for the customers and their vehicles.

Bought Imprezza from 27 & Layton location. I had originally went to Shawn Klug but he referred me to Antonio to do test drives. I bought an Imprezza with approximately 4000 miles on it. I got the car fax on the car but I would like to know the suggested maintenance schedule for it. I like the car. Once I was serious about an offer on the car Shawn took the reigns from Antonio. My parents bought an Outback from the same dealer ship. My mom mentioned I can stop by for a free car wash on Saturdays. Is this true? I would have preferred just having one salesman throughout th buying process but I also realize that people have other duties that they have to take care of.

The salesman was super friendly and very lnowledgable. Didnt pressure sell and got a great deal. Treated with respect. Love the car. Process went smoothly. Got a good deal on tradein.

Excellent customer service. Our sales rep was fantastic. Knowledgable and friendly, but not pushy. Quick easy time with finance. Good selection of vehicles. Nice future option of airport shuttle service.
