Every time I need servicing for my 2011 Impreza I know I will receive great customer service, fast, at Schlossman! I'm super busy and they get the work done efficiently and respectfully.

Eric was a pleasure to work with as always. Easy to schedule the work at a time of my choosing and the work was done in the time frame he estimated. The work has always fixed the problem to my satisfaction and it always takes only one visit.

This was needed on a short time notice. I was promised the vehicle would be completed at a certain time and they delivered. Again, excellent service. Even with a car wash.

Servicing my Subaru at Schlossmann Subaru City of Milwaukee is a 100 mile round trip for me. When I setup my last service appointment I spoke with Mandi on the phone. She mentioned that this service could take up to four hours. She also mentioned that they have a shuttle service for customers. I asked if they would shuttle me to a shopping mall as a four hour wait in a customer lounge isn't something to look forward to. Yes, it is one of the nicest customer lounges I've been in, but still how many cookies and cups of coffee can one eat? When my wife and I brought my Subaru in for service, Mandi wasn't available, but Eric was just as nice and accommodating. We just had time to grab a quick cup of coffee and a cookie before the driver for the shuttle informed us that our ride was ready. He delivered us right to the door of the mall and we shopped until we received a call two and a half hours later from Eric that I car was ready. We made arrangements to be pickup by the shuttle and returned to the dealership. Both shuttle drivers were polite and courteous. This was an exceptional service experience.

From the moment I walked onto the lot and met Shawn, he was very helpful and honest about the quality of my Subaru Outback! You could see how passionate he was for Subaru vehicles. He took the time to introduce me to people from every department. I can not believe that I haven't purchased a Subaru sooner!

Always enjoy bring by vehicles to get serviced! They keep them running in tip top shape! Thank you Jason, Mandi and Eric for always making me feel welcomed!!!

Bought a used vehicle from here,..Ed Wrathall was the salesman...what a great guy! Very knowledgeable about the products he sells and is a true professional. He also performed great post-delivery follow-up and provided us with great assistance with the service department! He is to be commended for his efforts and deserves his great reputation. We will be back to buy our next vehicle from Ed!

I am always more than pleased with the level of customer service I receive whenever, whatever I need! I keep coming back for a reason, I can easily go elsewhere, but I'm treated more than fair.

I have been pleased with the service I've received at Subaru City. The people are courteous and friendly. I especially appreciate the body shop personnel for buffing out some surface scratches caused by a tree branch. However, my car wash experience has been disappointing. The last two times my car has been washed (including July 20), the driver's seat is about as far back as it can go and the air conditioning has been set to "Lo." You may want to train your car wash personnel to return the driver's seat to something close to where the owner had it and to return any temperature controls, radio stations, fans, etc. to their original settings.
