I have been taking my vehicles there for the past several years. Have never had a bad experience. In fact, there have been a couple of times when work was scheduled and they let me know it was not needed. I appreciate the honesty!

This shop is professional, friendly and quick.
This shop is professional, friendly and quick. We were told by a big chain body shop they would need our car for 30 to 45 days on a dent that was not structural. Took it to Symdon Motors and very pleased. And fast! Local is key and they care. The person who does the car clean up is so good. Looks brand new!

Customer service has declined a lot since Jack and
Customer service has declined a lot since Jack and Whitney left. When I called for my appointment the guy was kind of rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Day of my appointment Shaun was nice but whoever put my tires on did not do a good job at all. The bags I had my tires in were thrown all over my car, and I ended up having a leaking tire. Tried calling the shop at 4:40 PM and no one answered. Had to find a different shop to fix my tire that wasn’t sealed correctly. After 20 yrs with this shop I think it maybe time for a new shop.
