Why do the take the vehicle and drive it over to the service area to get paperwork ,? Before starting to work on it ?

I recently purchased a new vehicle from young Chevrolet GMC and had a great experience. Working with Kelly was so easy and she did not apply any unwanted pressures. William Polensky was able to diagnose and fix my vehicle aswell as look it over completely so i could get on with my roadtrip. he visited me in the waiting room multiple times to update me on my vehicles status. now that i am done with my roadtrip i can confidently say he did an amazing job. i would recommend william as well as this dealership to anyone close by.
