Even though I didn't have an appointment set up, the job was done in no time at all. The service people answered my questions on what exactly they had done.

They took my vehicle right in and fixed it so I can't tell it had a dent. I will take my vehicle back for future work.

Curt Rozier and Ken Kingsley are great guys to deal with, and I will return to see them. It was a great experience.

Thought everyone involved at the dealership were very helpful. I especially thought Curt Rozier was helpful with explaining some of the working of the Equinox.

As I pulled in to the service area, I was warmly greeted by a service writer. Within just a couple minutes, my order was entered into the computer and I was enjoying a cup of hot coffee in the waiting area. Service completed promptly and I was on my way ! Thanks Applegate !!!

Knowing that my car would be kept over the weekend, I dropped it off at Applegates Friday afternoon. The knobs in the dash would cause snapping noises and No heat would come out until half hour after car was running. They don't work weekends so I assumed it would be there several more days. They got right on it Monday morning, called me , replaced the actuator doors in the dash , nothing else wrong and I had the car back by Monday at 2pm. Thank You Ed for your crews quick diagnosis and fast repairs.
