Steve Ross ,our salesperson, was TERRIFIC !!! He was VERY honest in everything we asked about. He never tried to" pressure" sell us on something that was not needed by us. He gave us a GREAT experience buying the car we looked at. All of the Family their was sooo nice and respectful to us. My first impression as I first walked into the showroom was that it was somewhat dated but clean. I was promptly greeted and directed to the salesman I spoke to on the phone earlier about the vehicle I wanted to see. They were friendly and not aggressive. The whole process was easy. I knew what I wanted and what was a fair price for the vehicle and my trade-in. I would have given them an 'excellent' score had they been more willing to meet me half way in the price negotiation. They were close enough, but they could have done a bit more to make me really happy. Overall I'm comfortable with the transaction.

I have been buying from this dealer since 1990. The Dealership is very modern, and yet an old time dealership also. From sales, to service and parts they are excellent. Reasonable negotiations, excellent trade in values. They do sell a lot of cars and still maintain the feeling of a hometown business. In the past I have had some problems with the new vehicles I have bought and they went above and beyond to correct the problems.
