Great Experience

I received a great price on my trade and was offered a great price on the Acadia. There was no back and forth negotiations. Dealership was able to locate the color of the car in the exact model that we wanted at no extra cost.

Phenominal Service

The Yukon was flatbedded in on 5/21/15 at 6:00 PM and Eric saw to it that the repair was made by Friday the 22nd by 4:00PM. This was a Holiday Weekend and your service was phenominal. We were camping out of town.

Good experience overall with scheculed service.

First service on my new Verano. The staff were very friendly and efficient as the check up service was done very timely; however, I didn't get a puppy as shown on TV with the Carbonara effect!

Great service

I am always pleased with the service and the personnel that arrange the service. I am not pleased with the condition of my car after a mechanic has serviced it. Most times there are shoe scrapes on the driver door panel and because I like the dealership so much I have not mentioned it - this time, however, there were several grease spots on my seat which Kate was kind enough to clean. Other times there are greasey hand prints on the hood and door. I like to keep my car very clean and would expect to receive it back that way. I realize that a mechanic may have grease on his hands or shoes etc but it seems to me as part of the final service an inspection can be performed to check that the car is being returned clean.

Terrific service experience.

Mangino Buick GMC has been my dealer of choice for many years. This service was on a twenty year old Riviera that is running flawlessly because of the attention it gets at Mangino. I now own a 2015 Buick also and will continue to frequent their dealership. I can't thank them enough.

Dependable Service

I never have to worry about scheduling required service with Mangino. Mike always calls to remind me of them. When I had my oil change, I asked for a 27 point inspection prior to my pending road trip which you did and everything checked out. I wouldn't trust the care of my Lucerne to anyone else. Good job!
