NO STARS .. selling LEMONS ... Service Dept no timely manner 10 plus hours to look at car. If you have 3 month bumper to bumper warranty you can get scheduled they full till 4 months ... FRAUD.. before purchase of my car 6/30/25 AC wasn't working stated esy fix weeks later .. get car fine then mad appt for Sat for maintenance n to look at AC (due to cause they did it) I'm not sure what print there is NONE that on Sat they just can't get ahold of warranty company etc.. so I get Brian sales who oversaw the car sale. Knows the problem .. I don't like games !!! Be truthful they are NOT ... Brian told Jeff Washburn the absolute horrible service dept knows nothing to do job they will eat cost and look Monday .. not happening now need part thermal coupler same thing they fixed before I received car 2x now fixing in timely manner they already fixed it why it's broken again? Those don't just go I had a 2015 Toyota Corolla not till the end when I had 126,000 that my thermal coupler was going. So bring taken advantage of cause I'm a WOMAN is discrimination!! I will not tolerate being stepped on. All day my car nothing even done I had to call stating couldn't look at .. now this company goes personal on you .. punish you and know that your son needs brain surgery and has to get his meds to prevent him from seizing only I can go because it's a benzo that breaks down ... No care about who buys cars and how do they think there checks are being PD? By us the customers This company needs to leave NYS due to the many federal civil and criminal laws and actions being taken. The owner is need to be found he doesn't care about his customers or his business practices. BBB has been contacted. Lemon laws are in effect ... Since 1987 the laws have gotten even stronger. it is Oct 5,2025 and I received my car 7/2/2025 and I should have to take days off work cancel patients to accommodate a practice that is breaking laws and selling LEMONS to cause undue harm on customers pocket books .. that's the consumer protection laws and practices acts that protect us consumers from this COMPANY. Your location Northtown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat 2020 Niagara Falls Blvd, Tonawanda, NY 14150 Car dealer Shimmering Star Excellent customer service in beginning. Two different employees drove over an hour four times to and from my current abode. Started with a vehicle around $15K; increased to around $25K- processed efficiently. After noticing milage discrepancy; a typo, I re-evaluated needs; decreased amount spent on vehicle. Documents for ownership of first vehicle were not signed. Eventually agreement was made for me test drive less expensive vehicles. During test driving one vehicle, notice was made that there are multiple problems with the vehicle. Immediately removed from lot. Test drove other lower cost vehicle. Decided on it. Was informed that the $500 down to hold the final vehicle is non-refundable as punishment for the time and documents of the first vehicle plus transporting me to and from my current abode. Usually the $500 down is refundable. Salesperson stated something to the effect that two weeks will be required to process the bank loan from my bank. Loan officer of my bank stated something to the effect that after the dealership employees complete the documents and they are correct the first time, only 1-2 business days will be required to get the payment to the dealership. Accuracy and efficiency will be known. Car loan officers at my bank and dealership employees are equally equipped to complete this transaction in a timely manner. Should not have had to debate test driving and possibly purchasing a lower cost vehicle. Much understanding goes to profit margin, time on lot, last sales of the year. A former co-worker of mine did state that the original vehicle I was going to purchase is an excellent year, make, and model. Was informed that odometer readings are frequently typed incorrectly and often a prior dealership or auto company will delay reporting the mileage causing an odometer reading to appear as if tampering occurred. Simply a delay in reporting; no tampering. Additionally, there are Constitutional Federal, and State violations. Ex post facto is unconstitutional. Changing or setting expectations after the fact and applying the expectations to the situation before. No documentation, nor verbal statement that the deposit would be non- refundable if I backed out of a purchase prior to signing the loan agreement. Civil Rights violations based on gender. I am a natural born female, a minority, who had no support with me. Expectation of higher purchase amount based on higher income. Consumer Affairs violations by not having written documentation to be signed as an agreement that the amount deposited to hold the car until the loan is finalized is nonrefundable. There is the retaliatory actions to include making the verbal statement something to the effect of the deposited money is non-refundable if I decide to back out of the loan. Another retaliatory statement was to the effect of this loan will take two weeks to process because it is an outside loan. 1) Had a previous car loan in April 2022 -check took 2 days to arrive after paper work was submitted correctly. 2) Called bank in presence of salesman. Loan representative verbally stated in earshot of sales person over my cellular phone that check would take 1-2 days to arrive if all documents are completed correctly the first time. Mother has broken shoulder, while here to assist her, things came up in the house requiring the 3 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs with 4 large rooms downstairs to be nearly completely packed. Doing this solo. Another vehicle is necessary because while I was on my way to a veterans appointment in Ohio, two deer simultaneously & suddenly ran into the road cause simultaneous collision to the deer and my car. Learned insurance company did not correct my state of residency & did not add car rental per my request. Vehicle is needed. I leave in less than 3 months to support NATO troops in Turkey.

Very Pleasant and pretty fast
Very Pleasant and pretty fast for what was done (Inspection, Oil Change, Recall & check out a potential problem). Service did do the wrong oil change - Conventional instead of Synthetic, but the service manager did make it right. I will just be back sooner for my next oil change.

Ron the smart car manager was amazing
Ron the smart car manager was amazing. Very professional and helpful. He alleviated most of my concerns I was having with my remote start. Hopefully the issues have resolved and I won't have to go back.

I am thankful your mechanics took the care to fix
My repairs are still on going as my drive shaft is on back order till April 9th. I needed a lot of work done, more then I even knew was needed. I am thankful your mechanics took the care to fix them...and the loaner saved me from major personal problems. I did finally get to my son 's home even if it was three days later then planned..

yes, Jason had me in and out in an hour, considering how many vehicles were in line ahead of me. My wife wants to know if she'll get chocolate chip cookies when she brings in her Chrysler Sebring for its' state inspection. Keep up the great worrk!
