Dave and his team are totally professional, and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I just wish I did'nt have to see them so often.

Service desk personnel were excellent coming in and checking out. I opted to have vehicle detailed while there. I Couldn't have done better myself

The desks that the service reps use seem to be inefficient and from a customer's perspective are confusing and not effective. I also asked if my power steering fluid would be topped off and was told that that the free 27 point check would catch that and would be taken care of. That did not happen leading me to believe that the free 27 point check does not always happen.

The service was great and the shuttle bus was pretty quick, it just seems like the service sometimes takes a lot longer than it should. But I was very happy with my service

Service was good but the detail job I paid for was terrible and they did not put the mats back in the front. My son stop today to get them and they had no clue where they are and gave him the wrong ones. Now my wife will make the thirty mile trip back there to return someone else's mats. God bless who ever she speaks too. Thank you for asking and I hope someone makes this right for our time and gas running back and forth.
