Disappointed I was not shown my oil dipstick once completed even though I stated I needed to see it once completed.

it is the little things that drive me crazy about
it is the little things that drive me crazy about bringing my Tahoe in for service to Hank Graff, the old sticker was left on the windshield from last oil change, The vehicle was in tow mode when I picked it up. The set cover and floor mat for service was left in the vehicle. This is about the third time I have had little things that were not done at this dealership. Last time it was the oil message was not reset and there was no new sticker put in the window the time before that. Also it would be nice if they would give you a heads up that the price of an oil change has increased.
