I'm from Illinois and drove 200 miles to the dealership to purchase a 1 owner, no accident, clean Carfax Chevy Silverado. When I arrived, and looked the truck over, discovered that most of the truck was repainted with a patch of metal filler on the passenger front panel. I walked way. Stay clear of this truck.

We appreciate the 200-mile drive, but we’re a bit surprised by the frustration. While we understand you were looking for a 10 year old truck in 'time-capsule' condition, the reality is that most vehicles with a decade of service have had some cosmetic paintwork to keep them looking sharp. We sent you detailed videos and photos specifically so you could see the truck's condition before you left Illinois. If you were looking for a 'museum-quality' finish, a 2016 work truck might not have been the right choice to begin with. What was truly 'uncalled for,' however, was the abusive language that was directed at our management team. We pride ourselves on being a 'Kool' place to do business, but we have a zero-tolerance policy for customers who think a clean Carfax gives them a license to cuss at our staff. We’re sorry this truck wasn’t perfect' enough for you, but not sure why you were so upset that we wouldn't take your offer to buy that truck for $13,000 if you thought it was a bad truck!
Tim and the sales manager described the truck as really nice”original” condition. The English language defines original meaning; from the beginning or first. This truck was far from original. It was nearly a total repaint. I even asked Tim, before I left Illinois,if the frame of the truck was painted. He told me no. That was clearly a lie. The frame had so much overspray from all the panels being repainted it looked as if it was painted. As for your interpretation of my language, another very inaccurate description. The Kool Dealership employees are dishonest and need to take responsibility for falsely portraying the truck as “a nice original” truck.

Went in to look at trailblazer.
Went in to look at trailblazer. Test drove it. At no time did sales person tell me anything about the car. NOTHING it had on it. I noticed it had over 100 miles. Had my daughter ask if had any with less miles. Well down hill and disrespectful from there was J.S. attitude. So we left. I test drive a Mazda. But heart set on trailblazer I drove to hudsonville to Todd Wendell. Wher Bob took his time to tell me everything about the car. Even found the one I bought from them. Sorry kool I am done with you. Sad every Chevy I bought came from Kool. Phy Lyman was an awesome sales person. They lost a great man.
