I purchased a 2010 HHR two years ago on my own and was more than satisfied with the help and expertise of Phil Lyman, my sales person. The HHR was just what I wanted (a manual transmission) except it was gray and greatly resembled an old hearse. Phil arranged to have elegant pinstriping added. I also requested that a roof rack be put on. Both things were done promptly and completely to my delight and satisfaction. The whole experience was a happy one. I would recommend Kool Chevrolet to anyone! Keep up the good work. I recently traded it in for a 2010 Toyota Prius which I purchased next door at the equally outstanding Kool Toyota with the fine help and guidance of Earl.
