Bought a non-Ford product from the used car portion of

Bought a non-Ford product from the used car portion of the dealership, working with Vanessa. The product, a RAM 1500, was competitively priced and I received a reasonable, market-value, buy out of my previous vehicle. The purchasing process was quick, easy and understandable. I purchased the extended warranty on the tires and wheels of the vehicle and a few days later, came back to purchase the extended warranty, both Ford-backed products, for my new vehicle. A couple weeks later, I had a problem. Once the manager, Kevin Clements, of the used car department was made aware of the situation, he stepped in to help facilitate a solution. He followed through with the entire situation and addressed the valid concerns that I had along with the problem with the vehicle. Typically a dealership seems to wash their hands of a client when a product is sold that they are not branded to. They typically give you a song and dance, ignoring the reality of the situations that bring you back, even if they are very clearly a pre-purchase problem or a result of something not being adequately investigated before the sale. Pat Milliken Ford and Mr. Clements took steps to make sure that I was not left with that impression; correcting the information I had and fixing the problem with the vehicle that I had. Though some of the problems perceived were actually not problems but unfamiliarity with the systems on the vehicle, Mr. Clements took the time to address them without ridicule or shame and had them verified by mechanics who worked on the vehicle. Definitely not typical with a brand dealership. Pat Milliken Ford has been around since I was a kid living in the area and my father had in the distant past purchased a vehicle from them. He was impressed with the level and quality of the service he received from purchase to trade-in and all in-between, which is one of the reasons I came to Pat Milliken to purchase my vehicle. Brian Holiday thoroughly listened and got me the vehicle I wanted. Courteous, Concerned, Capable. Brian is a complete detail oriented salesman. All I had to basically do was show up. All the details were taken care of. 100% totally satisfied. The Technology Specialist is Mike Ryan. He paired my phone to the car and all works grear. 5 stars.

Tim has taken the fear and anxiety from the car buying

Tim has taken the fear and anxiety from the car buying experience completely away. His warm personality was a compliment to his professionalism. He addressed every concern that I had, and took excellent care of me from my interest rate, to the coverage of the vehicle in the contract that I had no idea I even needed.. He gets the Gold Certification from me.

The dealership is clean and the cars are displayed well. Financing a breeze. My delivery was delayed a week, through no fault of the dealership, however it was a bit frustrating. Fortunately the salesperson kept good contact during this wait.

Brian was great to work with. We have bought or leased 5 cars with him. A sales person you can trust. This was the first time working with Jordan. He gave me some information on tire options and printed some sheets so we think about what tire we want to purchase.
