A experience with Cody and the entire staff. Process was made very clear and simple. No surprises at time of signing which I appreciate. Will do business with again!

Service

Had my winter tires installed on car. Told in advance that I needed shuttle service. I had to wait one hour for the driver to arrive. Also was told the service would take 2 to 4 hours but car was there for 6.5 hours before it was done.

Front end allignment

Brought my car in for an alignment. Waited in the customer wait area. Good seating. Water available. Plenty of magazines to read. My car was taken to the repair shop shortly after I arrived. Waited for it to get done and was notified promptly that it was ready. The car drove better after being fixed.

Service department gets my vehicle in quickly when I’ve needed repairs. Friendly staff that is always pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Everything went very well. I appreciated how quickly the entire procedure. Abe, the customer service man, was very professional and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about the work that needed to done. The entire process was a good experience.

Awesome customer service

Great customer service , but Ford's computers were down so it took 5 1/2 hrs to buy a car. The sales guy Sebastian was AWESOME. I love the car though.
