The service was great. The associate who checked me in was prompt. My salesman Dave Radcliffe spent time with me during the service and we caught up like friends. The service was completed when promised. The service was done as promised. The smaller dealership felt more personal that larger ones that I have done business with in the past. Good job team! Note: This visit was for service. I rated the buying process based on my original experience. I found that the buying experience was similar to the service experience. Dave Radcliffe is a particularly nice man. And no I'm neither a paid sponsor or related to Dave :).

Outstanding Service! Again and Again and Again! We're a demanding family who can be tough customers because we expect so much. This dealership delivers beyond expectations. Fair, Intelligent, Approachable, Friendly. The whole package. Service Manager Brian Michelin goes above and beyond in customer service. Our Service Rep Antoine Tucker is like family - he keeps us safely on the road year after year. We have a choice of three Toyota dealerships in our area. We wouldn't dream of taking our 2012 Rav4 or 2008 Highlander LE anywhere else.

I purchased my Camry at another dealership. I was not pleased with the service department regarding warranty issues. I now have my car serviced at Szott Toyota and couldn't be happier! All of the service techs do a great job and service manager Brian Michelin is great!! Brian, no matter how busy, always takes time to listen to my concerns and has gone over and above to correct issues l've had! Since moving to Michigan in May of 2015 I have been using Szott M59 Toyota for all the needed work on my 2012 Toyota 4 Runner. Every time I return for service I become more impressed with this dealership and the leader of the service department Brian Michelin. Nothing is ever a problem and there is a high level of commitment to the Toyota product. Between your service managers Mark & Antoine as well as your mechanic John always are stellar in their duties. Have always showed concern and listened to what my needs are. One of the reasons I continue to return. I purchased my tundra from this dealer 15 yrs ago and they've kept it on the road very satisfactorily. Time's coming to replace .I know but guess where I'll buy my next one from :)

I purchased one car here and service both of my Toyota's here. They are always polite and willing to fit me in. Antoine Tucker in the service department is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Christian was very helpful and understanding. He did not try to push other vehicles that I had no interest in purchasing and was helpful in securing the exact vehicle that I wanted. It was an overall good experience to work with him.

My car was in for service at an oil change for fuel system cleaning and then check engine light came on. Szott Toyota advised me never to have this done other than dealer. They repaired my car and voila, car is fixed correctly!!! Great service from Antoine, Mark, Brian and rest of Szott staff!!!

I've always had a positive service experience here. Bought my 2010 Corolla LE here (traded in my 2010 LE) and have repeatedly returned for scheduled maintenance. Both Mark and Antoine are friendly, courteous and they don't try to sell you vehicle services that you don't need. If your vehicle DOES happen to need further service, Mark and Antoine will thoroughly explain what is needed, whether it needs to be taken care of right away or if you can wait a little, and give you options as well as the price to do the repair....no surprises. I'm always happy with the service that my vehicle receives here and will continue to bring it in for maintenance.
