I brought my 2007 Toyota Corolla in for the airbag recall and have the dealership complete some maintenance. The service dept personnel (Antoine) among others were pleasant, friendly and professional. While waiting I decided to look at the showroom vehicles and the 2017 Corolla caught my eye! Joe'l Molina was helpful, answered all my questions, and created more interest on my part. He was courteous and professional, honest, while not being pushy, and make the whole experience pleasant. Thank you for hiring good staff and for developing a generous maintenance program.

Best Dealer I've ever had in 50+ years of driving.
I have had service on my Avalon now my Venza for the past several years at this location. They are by far the best in over 50 years of driving and owning vehicles. Friendly, top notch service, and honesty. Service Manager Brian and Service Advisor Antoine are at the top of the list when it comes to knowing how to treat a customer. Always kind, courteous and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Keeping customer informed every step of the way and keeping their best Interest at forefront. They are the top of the class..

The mechanics who saved Christmas
We drove our 2010 Camry from Wisconsin to michigan to celebrate Christmas with my family and my husband's family. Our trunk was packed with ALL the gifts, homemade baked goods for all the relatives, food for Christmas dinner & our clothes. Our trunk would not open with the inside lever, the key fob or a key in the lock. We called Szott's at 4:00 pm on the day before they closed for the holidays. We got to the service center 1/2 hour before they closed and three men in the service center worked together to save our Christmas. They were able to fix the problem & didn't charge us for their time. They were so helpful and courteous and words cannot express how grateful we are for their help. Even though we live In Wisconsin our families are all in Oakland County & we will recommend Szott's to everyone. THANK YOU!!

Was easy to buy but the service after the fact was below par. Do not return messages after the sale is now complete. Disappointing Don't they rely on referrals or repeat business.
