Oil change

Went for oil & filter chg. Service found a couple small items I didn't know about and fixed them. But had to wait 2 hours for Express Service.

Bill Rapp Subaru review

Everyone was very courteous; they even allowed me to bring in a coupon after it had had expired because the wait was too long when I came in the first time. The oil change also cost me less than it would have at another garage. The waiting room was very comfortable, and the wait time was not long at all!

Great Service Department

Repaired a very persistent problem that another dealer could not. Gave me a loaner for a few days while they diagnosed the issue.

Always great service

Been going here for about 20 years. Have bought 15 cars. Staff is always friendly and professional and the Subarus keep getting better.

Leasing a vehicle

Staff was easy to work with, Kept us posted step by step. We traded in our lease that was due to be returned, they took care of that for us(I hope it was... just 3 days ago).

Great service

Wonderful group of people. Made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. Everything top notch from front to back of facilities. Could have sat there all day chatting if there wasn't business to be done.
