My husband and I were out this weekend driving around...

My husband and I were out this weekend driving around pricing out used cars. I stopped into your dealership to see what was on the lot for used cars. I spotted 2 VW Jettas and I just wanted a price on them. I got out to see the window sticker which I thought would have the price on it. It did not. Adam came out and greeted me and told me he would go and find out. I was very clear that I just wanted a price. I wasn't going to purchase anything that day. I was just gathering information. He came back out with Dennis. Dennis stated he wanted to help me. I told him I was just looking for a price on two cars you had on the lot. He said he didn't know and asked about my trade. I told him that we had two vehicles and I wasn’t sure which one I was going to trade, that I simply wanted a price on the two cars on the lot. He continues to ask questions about my trade and I answered most of them and then told him AGAIN I just wanted the pricing on the two cars on the lot. He told me he didn't know, he'd have to look it up. I asked if he would do that, and he continued to ask questions about a trade. I must have told him 5 or more times that I was just pricing cars and wasn't sure of much as at that point. He started throwing numbers around, none of which were the pricing on the two cars I had asked for. I finally was finally at the end of my rope. I spoke up and said - I JUST WANT THE PRICING ON THE TWO CARS...To which he replied 19,000 dollars and walked away. I let him know that because he was an A**H*** he lost a potential sale. He didn't seem to care as you all must be making money hand over fist in this economy...I couldn't believe how rude he was. I can't imagine that is the kind of customer service that you would like representing your company. I also can't imagine that Mazda would like this kind of customer service representing their brand. I was completely disgusted with his inability to answer any of my questions. I will be sure to mention your dealerships terrible customer service to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle..I have bought many vehicles and never have had such poor service.

when i pulled in parking lot of dealership, i was greeted...

when i pulled in parking lot of dealership, i was greeted by a sales rep named ADAM. he asked very simple and right to the point questions.we walked around lot and we found a very nice MAZDA 6 WITH A 4 CYLINDER MOTOR.i told him was not fond of 4 cylinder, but he said give it a try , it will change your mind. so took it for a ride and wow, was definatly a change of attitude. 4 people in car and it actually got out of its own way. well to make a long story short, Dennis the sales manager came into play with great numbers and a very intriguing warranty package.Warranty package was a very cool ( 7 years or 150,00 miles)i do extensive driving. these people actually stayed 2 1/2 hours past closing time to make sure i was happy. EVEN TOOK CAR HOME SAME NIGHT. I WILL DEFINATLY REFER THESE FOLKS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.They did there job quite well, now lets see how well car holds up.winters can get mighty cold and summers can get hot as xxxx. Thanks again for a nice session.

I recently bought a used 2011 Mazda CX-9 from Seacoast...

I recently bought a used 2011 Mazda CX-9 from Seacoast Mazda. I was very impressed with the salesman I worked with, Adam Fowler, and the rest of the crew at the dealership. They couldn't have been nicer. Adam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and wasn't the least bit pushy, which I appreciated. I just took my car in today to get the leather and paint treated, and I can already tell that I am going to be more than pleased with the service department -- another great group of people. I would definitely recommend Seacoast Mazda and Adam Fowler.

Seacoast Mazda has always been my favorite dealership in...

Seacoast Mazda has always been my favorite dealership in the Maine and New Hampshire seacoast area. The service department is extremely helpful and really show that they care about your car. The technicians are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Great job, Seacoast Mazda- keep up the great work!

I moved from the Nashua area to the seacoast and the...

I moved from the Nashua area to the seacoast and the service group was very welcoming when i needed to go in for my 15K miles. they were great on the phone and they treated me like I had been a part of their family all along. I got to witness how they interacted with other customers while I was there and they were always friendly and professional but also very down to earth. Thank you Seacoast Mazda and I will be seeing you again for my next service appointment!

I went to Seacoast Mazda one day after work to see what I could do to get into a new vehicle. I know I would not have a lot to choose from because of my credit history, but I wanted to give it a shot. I worked with Jaclyn who was terrfic, she had a bubbly fun all around great personality. I went to a couple dealerships before Seacoast Mazda to see what my options were and they were rude and hurtful. Jaclyn really boosted my confidence and showed me she cared. Jaclyn also showed me 2 cars and I LOVED them both but the payments did not seem to fit where I needed them to be.

I was in the market for a new car so I went to Seacoast...

I was in the market for a new car so I went to Seacoast Mazda because I had heard good things about it. I was very impressed by the saleslady Jaclyn who was only about 17 years old. She was very mature and didn't pretend to know everything. She let me test drive two cars without pushing me to buy anything. I plan to go back sometime next week and buy my new used car.

I have to say that seacoast mazda in portsmouth n.h. was...

I have to say that seacoast mazda in portsmouth n.h. was the first dealership I have been to that did not make me feel uncomfortable. The effort that Dennis, Bill and Rob put into finding me a car was just incredible. Dennis was very understanding and compassionate and I very much appreciated there help. Ive been to alot of dealerships and I have never found any of them to be as friendly, respectful and honest as Dennis and his team were so I thank you Dennis and your team for all that you did and I would recommend your business to anyone in a heartbeat. I went to this location for a car and while there were...

I went to this location for a car and while there were some frienly people that i worked with i knew that i would be able to get a car but needed to stay with in a budget and explained this to them they got me into a car and i signed the paper while in the parking lot waiting for the car denise came out and told me thatif i did not have the paper work to them by monday that they would be down to pick up the car then i went home with the car and looked at my budget and decided that i really could not afford the car i had my dad take the car back and explain to them the proble and denise was not so nice about it he said with credit like yours good luck getting a vehicle have a nice life. one week later i went to lee in saco maine and got the same car for less money better service and more options.

WE ARE IN THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BUSINESS AND WITH SOME OF THE BANKS WE HAVE TO STAY IN THE GUILD LINES WHICH SOME TIMES IT'S HARD FOR A CUSTOMER TO UNDERSTAND AND SOME TIMES MAKE US LOOK BAD. I have spent the past two months looking for the perfect...

I have spent the past two months looking for the perfect new car. I finally came to Seacoast Mazda where Adam worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted, explained all of the features of the car to me, and let me test drive with just a quick scan of the license (other dealers asked for phone, email, etc). At no time did Adam pressure me to buy a car. He was exceptionally helpful and nice. When I finally decided to look at numbers Bill worked hard to find me the best possible deal and finance rates. I found every person I interacted with to be extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable for any reason, and left with just what I wanted for an excellent price. I cannot say a single bad thing about this dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone for a great car buying experience.
