Happy Customer

I wanted to make sure that Joel Purham gets recognized for being such a great salesman to work with. He is very knowledgeable about what is needed to make sure you get the car you are looking for, and is so easy to work with. If you go to KIA of Portsmouth, ask for Joel. Perfect!

My wife and I came here to look at a used 2014 Taurus SEL and ended up buying an 2015 SHO instead. We worked primarily with Rob Finley and he was a pleasure to deal with. We must have driven 6 different cars and trucks before deciding on the SHO. At no time did Rob make us feel rushed or pressured. He always has the keys to the next vehicle we wanted to try when we returned a car to the lot. Pricing here is simple too; what you see is what you pay; no haggling and no hidden fees. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Great experience

Was car shopping but didn't really have a clear idea about which car or if I should get a used or new one. Ryan was really helpful in helping me decide what car and which financing option would suit me best. He was not pushy in any (sales) kind of way and explained the details clearly for me. The atmosphere seemed very laidback and not stressful which made it a really good experience.

Wouldn't change a thing!

I had been vehicle shopping for weeks. It was not a fun process and I found that most cliche dealer "tricks" were truly the case. I saw a vehicle I liked online and decided to give it one more try before just waiting a while. Robert Finley responded to my inquiry promptly and the conversation just flowed. He assured me that this would be different. Ad skeptical as I was I somehow talked my husband into driving the hour to see this vehicle. From the moment we walked in we didn't feel the typical "dealership" feel. Everyone was laid back and friendly. We did purchase the vehicle and I couldn't be happier. Robert and his team are top notch and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Very good experience

Bought a pre-owned Ford Escape. Website was very useful and thorough. Test drove the vehicle on Friday and wasn't quite ready to commit to the deal. Absolutely no pressure or hassle to close the deal right away from our salesman Matt Bailey. They ionized a slight smoke odor overnight before we even agreed to buy it. Went back in on Saturday and the vehicle was delivered in the condition as promised. Overall, a very good car buying experience. Will definitely go back and would absolutely recommend.

Go see Robert He is Great!

I looked online for a used vehicle and found Portsmouth Ford Used car store had the bets selection. I sent an email and made an appointment with Robert Finley. My new car was pulled up front for me to view and I was all done with p[paperwork within an hour. Best Car shopping Experience of my life.

Very pleased and satisfied

Excellent experience with Derek and Jeff. No false promises, no pressure and two real professionals. I had been car shopping since the beginning of June, so to have such a pleasant experience at the end of August after many fair to extremely disappointing experiences was a real pleasure. I will consult with Derek first the next time I am in the market.
