I had a fantastic experience leasing a car at Fox Chevrolet recently, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Sherry Sextro, my saleswoman. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. Sherry listened to my needs and preferences and found the perfect car for me within my budget. She was very transparent about the leasing process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I never felt pressured or rushed, and Sherry made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Sherry and Fox Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new car.

Went in for a scheduled oil change and was told they were

Went in for a scheduled oil change and was told they were 1.5 hours behind and the wait would be 2 hours with change. Why didn’t they call and tell us to come in 1.5 hours later. Was told this after waiting for 10 minutes with 4 service writers ignoring me. Went to Wally Edgar and the oil was changed in 30 minutes. This is the last time we will ever go to Bill Fox. Also, Bill Fix offered no alternatives - a ride home…. Me waiting 2 hours with a SCHEDULED appt did not bother the dealership at all. The customer comes last must be their motto.

Keith was outstanding.

Keith was outstanding. Patient, professional and Efficient. He helped work out a price that fit my budget and got me into a brand new Chevy Trax! Thank you for your time and top notch service you provided. Stacey in the finance department was fast and provided great service as well. I will tell my friends & family about Fox Chevy because of my great experience. I look forward to being a long term customer.
