The purchase of my new 2024 Equinox was an excellent

The purchase of my new 2024 Equinox was an excellent experience, from start to finish. Bob Holzer made the process of buying my new car easy, and made me feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend Bill Fox Chevrolet in Rochester Hills, MI and Bob Holzer to my family and friends.

Missed issues

Vehicle was intentionally left for surface body repair for a month while out of town. The prior-to-repair system check did not indicate any issues with the vehicle. The body work was completed nicely. However, as I drove the vehicle off the lot, my display quickly indicated the engine was running with limited power. When I brought the vehicle back, the body shop manager kindly took the vehicle back and had it sent to the service shop. I found out from the service shop I needed a new fuel pump that would be very costly. This issue did show up on the post-repair in the body shop, as well as other issues that were not addressed with me. I asked for the manager who I was able to work with to manage the replacement of the fuel pump. After picking the vehicle up the second time, I heard a constant tapping noise immediately upon applying the gas. I was also hearing the rapid clicking of my turn signal which indicated a signal light was not working, and noticed new marks on an A-pillar. The vehicle should never have been turned over to me with these issues. I found out the replacement pump was a bad one. These three issues were fixed upon the third visit. If it was not for the managers of both departments, I would rate the service as 1 star but they were kind enough to make it right.

Service

Very efficient scheduling and reminders. Clean garage. Very nice waiting area. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Work is high quality.
